Due to the nature of our digital products as instant downloads, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds once the product has been downloaded. If you encounter any issues with our digital products, please don’t hesitate to contact us. We are committed to assisting you in troubleshooting any problems and ensuring that you derive the maximum benefit from our templates and/or guides. 

All digital products can be downloaded in multiple ways:

• Once checkout is complete- links are made available to download each of the purchased digital items
• Soon after your purchase, you will receive an email from The Career Counter that contains links to download each of your digital products
• If you created an account during checkout, you can download your products from your account page at any time.

• The digital downloads available on our website is solely for personal, non-commercial use.
• You may download, copy, and store the digital downloads on your personal devices for your personal use.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, or exploit the digital downloads in any way that exceeds the scope of personal use.

• Commercial use of our digital downloads is strictly prohibited.
• You may not sell, sublicense, rent, lease, or otherwise distribute the digital downloads to any third party.
• You may not use the digital downloads for any promotional, advertising, or marketing purposes.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the digital downloads is strictly prohibited.

• The digital downloads are provided on an “as is” basis, without any warranties or representations, express or implied.
• Home in Order / The Career Counter does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the digital downloads.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us for any reason. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.

In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.

In no event shall Home in Order or The Career Counter’s total liability to you exceed the amount paid, if any, by you for accessing or downloading the digital downloads or the price of the service you received.
